American Earthworks LLC. is a family run business who takes pride in treating each employee like family. We have skilled estimators who have the expertise to accurately cost and quantify any job, to getting the job done on a budget and on time, and ensure solutions to challenges every construction project presents. American Earthwork LLC. was established in spring of 2001. Ansel worked a full-time job as he started his own company to support his young, growing family. He wanted to better himself and was not happy with his current employer and how his employer handled their employees and how projects were ran. Ansel wanted his employees to feel like family with respect. Ansel worked in the trenches with them. Problem-solving any obstacle before them and any project that was asked of them.
By 2002, the business was able to support him full-time and to grow, taking on excavation, under ground utilities, demolition, and concrete projects. Residential and commercial. Ansel says, “There is nothing like being a big kid, working in a sandbox. I thank God everyday to be able to work with different costumers to help them bring their dreams to reality. Its been a great privilege of mine to overcome different obstacles and that my customers put their trust in me and my company. Everyday I hope that I am instilling in my kids a good work ethic and integrity it takes to be a good business owner.”
We’re happy with how far we’ve come, but we are hungry for a whole lot more. Thanks to our team in the field and office. We are continually improving and are incredibly excited about our future.
